This Oklahoma high school wears one of the most bizarre helmets in football (Oklahoma High School Football)

There's a town in Oklahoma called Kansas.

Located in the Northeast* part of the state, the town of Kansas is home to 711 people and Kansas High School.

* Not that Northeast. It's still a 70-mile drive to the Kansas border

Kansas High School's nickname is the Comets, and their colors are red and white. And in Kansas (Oklahoma), they combine those details in the most obvious and trippy ways possible.

What I love most about this is Kansas (High School) is leaning all the way into the bit in both directions. The nose bumper that says "KANSAS" in bold, red letters, with the state of Oklahoma outline just inches away.

A Google search tells me they've been wearing this design for a while in Kansas (Oklahoma).

The firm Au Concepts & Designs has optimized Kansas's helmets with a glossy finish on the lid and a new, bold rear bumper reading "WEAK THINGS BREAK."

For a pretty simple design, Kansas's helmets requires the brain to process more than any other in football. In fact, I think I need to go lay down for a little bit and try to recover.

As always, stay tuned to The Scoop for the latest.
