Despite the current White House administration's best efforts, the United States does not yet have a Space Force. We're still years away from that, further still from a United States Space Force Academy, and even further from a United States Space Force Academy football team.
In the mean time, UCF would like to brand itself as the official football program of outer space.
(The University of Central Florida was founded in 1963 as Florida Technological University under direction of supporting the U.S. space effort at the Kennedy Space Center and Cape Canaveral.)
The Knights, formerly known as the Citronauts, have worn space-themed uniforms once a year for three years now, and this year they're marking the 50th anniversary of the moon landing with these beauties.
