What's in Critical Reload?

Critical Reload contains a rapid absorbing protein blend of whey protein concentrate, hydrolyzed whey protein concentrate and milk protein isolate which stimulate muscle protein synthesis (growth & recovery) and prevents muscle breakdown for hours after exercise.* Additionally, Critical Reload contains a complex & simple carbohydrate blend of maltodextrin, fructose and sucrose that quickly optimizes glycogen (energy) replenishment in hard-working muscles thus, speeding recovery and helping to improve energy performance.*

Critical Reload is suitable for collegiate athletics and is permissible under NCAA* Bylaw 16.5.2.2 for nutritional supplements. Nutritional Facts & Customizable Nutritional Ranges

Using the Critical ReloadTM Caloric Variance Guide & Performance Scooper, you can vary caloric-intake to customize specific nutritional ranges based on your health & performance goals regardless, of whether your big or small---male or female.

For a standard serving of Critical Reload, take four (4) even scoops (65 grams) and add 5.5 ounces of cold water. This provides: 255-calories, 18-grams of ultra, high-quality protein and 40-grams of high, energy-yielding carbohydrates.

For a lighter, low-calorie serving of Critical Reload, take three (3) even scoops (48.5 grams) and add 4 ounces of cold water. This provides: 190-calories, 14-grams of ultra, high-quality protein and 30-grams of high, energy-yielding carbohydrates.

For a moderate, high-calorie serving of Critical Reload, take six (6) even scoops (97 grams) and add 8 ounces of cold water. This provides: 379-calories, 28-grams of ultra, high-quality protein and 60-grams of high, energy-yielding carbohydrates.

Critical Reload Variable Health & Performance Use

OPTION #1: To speed muscle recovery, drink Critical Reload immediately after exercise to replenish depleted energy stores, stimulate muscle growth and facilitate quicker recovery between training & practice. This option is a must for any athlete! If you wait too long to refuel your body with proper nutrients, you will not recover properly, resulting in poor training adaptation and exercise recovery.

OPTION #2: To boost energy, drink Critical Reload 30-minutes prior to exercise to optimize blood glucose levels, delay fatigue, & counteract muscle damage during exercise. This option works well if its been more than 3-hours since your last meal prior to training.

OPTION #3: As a snack, drink Critical Reload between meals (i.e., breakfast/lunch, lunch/dinner) as a nutritious snack to boost metabolism, maintain blood sugar levels, decrease the likelihood of fat storage, sustain energy and performance.
