Last year ESPN's College GameDay made its first trip out to Fargo to watch North Dakota State take on Delaware State. The reception in Fargo had Kirk Herbstreit and the rest of the GameDay crew raving about the game day environment for weeks afterwards.
This year, GameDay decided to make a return trip on September 13th as the Bison took on the University of Incarnate Word (a 58-0 blowout). Even though it wasn't much of a game, the crowd and environment was unreal.
That leads me into this tweet from the RedditCFB account, which pointed out the disparity in the crowd at GameDay from its trip to Fargo compared to GameDay's visit to Florida State for the Clemson game.
