Utah collective outfits every Ute football player with Dodge Ram (name image likeness)

The Utah players' parking lot will soon look as uniform as the team does on the field.

Crimson Collective, the group that facilitates NIL deals for Utah athletics, has outfitted all 85 scholarship Utes football players with brand new Dodge Ram 1500 Big Horn trucks.

The trucks double as advertisements for For The Win 360, an app that attempts to serve as a one-stop shop for all Utah athletics content.

The deal was facilitated through Ken Garff Automotive Group, and the trucks will roll their way to Salt Lake City over the course of several months.

Each Utah player will receive a truck as part of a rolling 6-month contract that will expire upon the completion of a player's eligibility or be canceled in the event of a transfer.

The Ram 1500 Big Horn retails at $61,000, which would place the total value of the deal at $5.185 million. The total cost of the deal is unknowable at this time; Graff Automotive can turn around and sell the trucks after one year.

“If we want them to go around town to help with these causes, we need to provide them transportation,” Matt Garff, chairman of the Crimson Collective and part owner of Garff Automotive, told Yahoo Sports, who broke the story. “How do we get these players around to create attention around these causes?”

Is the ability to lease a truck enough to get a recruit or transfer to commit to Utah over the competition? Who knows. But it'll sure make every current Utah player glad they became Utes.

As always, stay tuned to The Scoop for the latest.
