Every day at Oregon State's practice a competition of some kind is held. The reward for the winners is usually watching the losers put in some extra work.
Today, Gary Andersen split up the offense and defense, put 50 push-ups on the line...and then called out an offensive and defensive lineman to get things started.
I think you can probably guess how that first one went, but something tells me you're going to want to see it anyway.
After dropping the first one, the offense won two in a row to win the daily competition, forcing the defense into the push-up position.
There's no better way to blow off steam, and compete, than an old fashioned dance off.
