Video: The Vikings take you behind the scenes of their new stadium and all the work that went into it (Facility)

Earlier this week, the Vikings opened the doors to their newly finished US Bank Stadium and a few pictures and videos were revealed.

Yesterday, the Vikings released this in-depth video giving a great behind the scenes look at not only the stadium itself and the innovations in it, but also the thought and "Why" behind what went into some of the features of the new Vikings home.

One of the cooler stories in the video is how Daktronics (the South Dakota company who made the enormous in-stadium video boards that measure 120 feet wide by 60 feet tall) made their bid with the promise to find a way to make 100% of the video boards in Minnesota to bring jobs. In order to make that happen, the plant had to add an additional 30,000 square feet on to one of their facilities in Redwood Falls, MN to accommodate the work and they also added over 100 new employees. Both the addition and the 100 workers at that plant are now permanent additions for the company.

Take a look at the video for more insight into the stadium and what went into it.
