Since Dana Holgorsen took the reigns of the West Virginia program, the Mountaineers have staked claim to an impressive four first round draft picks.
Of those four first round picks, two came on offense in wide receivers Tavon Austin in 2013, and Kevin White in 2015. The other two came on defense Bruce Irvin in 2012, and Karl Joseph in 2016. Each one of them were chosen in the first 15 picks as well.
To remind recruits on social media, West Virginia's official recruiting account put out this graphic via Twitter as a reminder to neighboring football programs, specifically Penn State, Virginia Tech, Pitt, and Maryland. The Terps and the Nittany Lions both don't have a first round pick in that span, while Virginia Tech has 2 and Pitt has 1.
Pretty savage statement if you ask me...
