Steve Sarkisian suing USC for wrongful termination (Steve Sarkisian)

Steve Sarkisian is suing his former employer. The former Trojans coach claims he was wrongfully terminated under conditions set by the American Disabilities Act.

Noting USC "kicked him to the curb," Sarkisian's attorney Alan Loewinsohn told TMZ, "Alcoholism is a recognized disability under California law. So firing somebody because of that disability is against the law."

Sarkisian, the Trojans' coach for one-and-a-half seasons, was fired on Oct. 12, one day after he was placed on an indefinite leave of absence for showing up to work apparently under the influence of alcohol.

The former Trojans' coach was also disciplined for drunk behavior at USC's Salute to Troy event in August.

Sarkisian enrolled himself in an alcohol treatment program after his October firing.

Will Sarkisan's suit be successful?
