Troy is in the midst of a major turnaround, leaping from 3-9 the year prior to Neal Brown's hiring to 7-1 and counting just two years later with a great shot at a Sun Belt championship. And the Trojans are striking while the iron is hot, announcing a $24 million project that will completely transform the program's football facilities.
Installed at the north end of Veterans Memorial Stadium, the new project will construct a 4-story facility that will house everything from a new strength and conditioning area to new coaches' offices, team and recruiting areas, meeting rooms and 402 new club seats.
Construction is slated to begin later this month and be complete in the spring of 2018.
