Will Muschamp's new house in South Carolina is everything you'd expect from a nearly $2 million home located on a private island.
The new digs, located on Lake Murray, span over 9,400 square feet, and while it was listed at $2.275 million, Lexington records show that Muschamp locked up the new place for a cool $1.85 million. The house includes five bedrooms, five full baths and two half baths, includes cathedral ceilings and a foyer with two staircases leading to the second floor. Bonus rooms include a library, media room, and a office.
The house was recently renovated before the sale and was designed to resemble a "vintage ocean liner," complete with second story balcony railings that are "reminiscent of a cruise ship," according to The State.
If you think that's over the top, get this: the master bath includes a steam shower with special lighting, music capabilities, and a temperature gauge that beeps when the water hits the ideal temperature that has been programmed by the person using the shower. A 2,644 square foot guest house comes with the house, as well as a swimming pool and boat dock.
Interestingly enough the new home also includes a "Florida room" - which is more commonly known realtors as a sun room or patio room. How ironic is that?
Located on Lake Murray island, the house is connected to the mainland by a short causeway.
