Agenda, meetings and registration here for Football Operations Conference (National Football Operations Organization)

The National Football Operations Organization is gearing for its key annual gathering at the end of April, first of May and FootballScoop has been given the logistics for the event.

The conference is again returning to the Frisco Star and the Omni Hotel at the Star, host site now for three of the past four gatherings of the directors of football operations for college and high school programs throughout the United States, as well as key vendors in that space.

The NFOO, with incoming president Sherrod Everett, chief of staff for Charles Huff at Southern Miss, also is launching a website for online registration for the meetings, in addition to the previous links to receive discounted hotel reservations at the host property in the Dallas Metroplex.

All pertinent information, as well as links to register for the individual meetings, can be found here: 2025 NFOO meetings.

The committee meetings for the annual conference are set to begin at 3 p.m. CT on April 30, with a brief welcoming session at 4 and individual league/conference meetings set to start at approximately 4:10 p.m. in various conference rooms.

The AAC, ACC, Big Ten, Big 12, SEC and FCS, DII, DIII and NAIA meetings all are part of the opening rotation; Conference-USA, Mid-America, Mountain West and SunBelt sessions are slated to follow approximately 30 minutes later.

Meetings begin at 9 a.m. both Thursday and Friday; Anthony Travel is again providing complimentary shuttle access to DFW Airport beginning Friday at 11:30 a.m.

Everett notes for this year's conference that "Everyone will need to RSVP for meetings, regardless of if they have made hotel accommodations already" in order for the NFOO to keep as accurate as possible headcount of attendees.
