AFCA announces their annual 35 Under 35 class (35 under 35)

The AFCA has announced the 2024 class chosen to participate in the 35 Under 35 Coaches Leadership Institute today.

The program is "aimed at identifying and developing premier, future leaders in the football coaching profession," they share.

Selected participants attend a one-day institute that features speakers focused on topics tailored to emphasize leadership and growth in the coaching profession, ethics, influential responsibilities, career progression, and family balance. 

To be eligible to participate, applicants have to born on or after January 1, 1988 and must be currently serving as a high school head coach, two-year college full-time assistant or head coach, or NAIA/NCAA (all divisions) full-time assistant or head coach
