Nick Saban decided to retire following a historic run in Tuscaloosa, leaving some big shoes to fill as the new leader of the Crimson Tide.
In one of the quickest searches of recent cycles, Alabama quickly zeroed in on Washington's Kalen DeBoer, who took Washington to the national title game in just his second season.
