Video: Biff Poggi wasn't impressed at AAC media day

Biff Poggi's first season as the new head coach at Charlotte has been an eventful one.

After hiring one of the most impressive new staffs of 2023 (#10 on our list to be exact), Poggi didn't mince words on local radio about needing donors in and around Charlotte to step up and support the program.

At AAC Media Days today, after finding out his 49ers were picked to finish last in their new league, Poggi again wasn't afraid to share his full, unfiltered thoughts.

After being asked just three questions in his inaugural media day appearance, Poggi called out the media in attendance after silence fell on the room when the emcee asked if there were any other questions.

"That's it? Three questions?"

"Maybe that's because you have us ranked last, and that's all what you think of us."

"We get that message. Thank you," Poggi added before slapping the podium and exiting the stage with the chip on his shoulder in full view of all watching.
